I have been going to see Tobias for over 2 years now, and he has helped me enormously with a variety of both short and long term issues. I always feel much better after a session with him - he is very skilled in both massage and stretching treatments and is expert at deciding what is best for the individual he is working on, and tailoring the treatment specifically to their particular needs. I am now much more flexible, and have learned a lot of stretching techniques I can do at home to help manage pain and discomfort. He is also a very easy person to get along with, and you feel that he really cares about helping you.
